The villa has a very large lounge and dining area, with direct access to the gardens and swimming pool via two sets of patio doors.

The villa has a fully equiped kitchen so forget about the washing up, just throw the dishes in the machine and get back out to the pool.  There's a breakfast bar between the kitchen and the open living space you see here in the photograph, great for nibbling olives, or anything else come to that.

You can access the villa's outside dining area from the kitchen, which then leads to the gardens and pool.  There are a couple of areas for outside dining, either in the full heat of the sun or a large dining area which is protected from the rays.  Which, naturally, is important when you're trying to keep your beer cold.

The villa is also equipped with a high chair for young children.
